This helps us to provide a bespoke service and you only get what you select at a competitive price as we constantly check to ensure they are harmonised with the current diamonds market and negotiated with the manufacturers. As a predominantly online company our overheads are much smaller which means we can offer our stones at a more competitive price.

We source our diamonds / gems / jewellery directly from the diamond / gems / jewellery manufacturers in a real time, yes correct our system are integrated with the manufacturers directly that produced / mined the products globally which means we can offer the stones at a much competitive price.

 

When you purchase a diamond with us and makes a payment online, the manufacturers ship to us and we deliver to you. So, once you make a payment, we secure your diamond from the manufacturer in real time. For a reason if a diamond is not available, we have a pool of thousands of diamonds from our manufacturers we can offer you to choose from those, so it matches best of your requirement. Likewise, it works with the jewellery and gems as we source it forms the manufacturers in real time. Only the difference is we confirm the product is available for gemstones and jewellery and then you make a payment.

All our jewellery is designed with great sophistication and are world class. They are made to order only as we do not keep any stocks, once you select and confirm the order then we get them ready to be delivered to you we work with the best designers and manufacturers globally.

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders are shipped from UK. Kindly note customers are subject to customs duty in their country and we make not be able to ship to some restricted countries.

WHY CAN YOU NOT DISPATCH AN ORDER PAID WITH PAYPAL / CREDIT CARDS / DEBIT CARDS TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS?

For security reasons, we are unable to delivery to an alternative delivery address specially for Paypal and other checkout providers due tight regulation. You can check with our team hello@virtueeternity.com.

Once we have dispatched your order delivery within the UK, is next day delivery service (except Saturdays and Sundays), for continental Europe it is 1-3 working days, and for the rest of the world it is 2-10 working days depending on the specific country and the customs clearance involved.

When items are sent outside of the EU, they are exempt from UK duties and taxes, so you are required to pay your national duties and taxes. You will be required to pay these fees once your order has arrived in your selected country prior to delivery to the requested address. (Please contact your local customs and excise office for the exact fees).

For jewellery insurance, you should always check your home and contents insurance as you may already be covered. Alternatively, you can take a jewellery insurance from a provider of your choice in your country.

 

We do not provide any refund / return guarantee on loose diamonds and gemstones and diamonds rings. We provide all required and relevant certifications. We only sell authentic and natural stones. Earrings and jewellery cannot be replaced / returned or exchanged due to health and hygiene reasons. Also, before we do the shipment, we will be sharing all the images and video clips where possible for your satisfaction which is utmost important for us. Also, our competitive price ensures a great value for money.

Should you be required return for resize for the diamonds and gemstones rings only, we will provide you the address at which only you should send the products, we will be not responsible if you post the return products at any other address for complete security reasons (do not send any to our business address strictly for security reason). For the United Kingdom we will provide you with the return’s details for Royal Mail delivery. For non-UK returns, we will arrange a collection of your item via FedEx / DHL / UPS, please note we do not cover this cost as we sell products at competitive price. Most of our customers if they need resize which is very rare, they get it done locally.

Once we have received your item back at only the provided address for returns, the item will be assessed and verified by our inspection team prior to the initiation of your refund. Funds will usually be with you within 10 working days but can take up to 30 working days depending on the method of payment used.
